Based in the Isle of Man, our new property management and lettings team is both dedicated and keen to assist tenants find and lease the best possible home.
At the same time we will happily find the best tenants for our landlords' property (Let Only), with the option of a full management service (Let & Property Management).
Having well over 10 years personal experience of the residential lettings market, both throughout the Isle of Man and in the UK as both experienced landlords and tenants, our firms' partners have gained first hand knowledge and experience of 'both sides of the coin' and we believe that this insight is invaluable in serving all of our clients.
We are very pleased to assist our tenants by matching them with a property that is in the best location, offers the accomodation required, is suitably maintained and is to let at an appropriate price based on today's property market. Of course we also personally vet potential tenants and take up satisfactoy references to ensure properties are in safe hands, so our landlords can rest assured.
Whenever necessary, we are available to work with our landlords in drawing up and implementing a schedule of upgrades and/or maintanence to properties, in order to a achieve and sustain a suitable standard of accomodation, which our tenants both expect and deserve. After all happy tenants make for happy landlords, and property is only a good long term investment when maintained correctly. We are happy to oversee either our own or the landlord's preferred tradesman carry out any emergency or routine maintanence work and cleaning as necessary.

- Production of inventories whenever applicable
- Overseeing tenants moves
- Regular inspection visits of the property
- Overseeing emergency and routine maintenance and cleaning of properties as required
- Collection and transfer of the monthly rent from tenant to landlord
